Learn by building
Product craft,
one real step at a time.
Eight short lessons that follow the steps of a real DeliverX project. Read one, then practise it on your own idea beside the AI team. The standards are the same for learners and founders: evidence, a human decision and work you can inspect.
The path
- 01Frame a product questionTurn an idea into a question a team can actually investigate.
- 02Evidence vs assumptionsKnow which things you have seen and which you are guessing.
- 03Approving a plan: scope, team, usageAgree what will be done, by whom and at what cost before anyone starts.
- 04Comparing options and trade-offsSee two or three real directions side by side before choosing.
- 05Making the decision, and owning itChoose, say why, and say what you expect to happen.
- 06Reviews and gates while it’s builtCheck the work at the points where mistakes are cheap to fix.
- 07Reading your package: what’s real, what’s simulatedKnow how every file was made before you share it.
- 08Recording what actually happenedClose the loop with an observed outcome, not a hoped-for one.
How learning works here
- Your own product, not an exercise.Every lesson ends with something to try in a project you started.
- Explain as we go.Switch it on in your dashboard and each step in your project says why it matters.
- Ticks mean you got there.A lesson is ticked when one of your recent live projects shows you reached its step. That says where you have been, not that you have mastered it. Reading alone doesn’t tick it.
