What happens after you submit

  1. You get a request reference on this page once it is saved.
  2. We review your question, then follow up to agree the scope with you.
  3. Activation is manual. An authorised operator records one scoped plan and an Investigation allowance for one workspace. That record does not mean a payment was taken. Checkout is not live.

Creating an account is free and does not activate a paid pilot. There is no promised reply window. If saving fails, the page says so and the request is not confirmed.
